-Pet quality rabbits will NOT come with a pedigree, however, in some  cases a pedigree can be purchased for an additional cost.

 

-All show and breeding stock will be sold with a complete pedigree, not all will come tattooed.

 

-We do not guarantee any color nor gender of any rabbit, we will sex them to the best of our ability but it is up to the buyer to check the gender.

 

-We do not quarantee any placments on the show table, we will notify the buyer of the showablilty to the best of our ability.

 

-The buyer will be notified of any known disqualifications and faults. We will not guarantee any that may occur with age.

 

-We will not replace any rabbit once it has left our rabbitry.

 

-We have to right to decline or refuse a sale to anyone for any reason.

 

-Prices are always subject to change based on how he/she develops over time.

 

-All rabbits are free from any known illness while being held at our rabbitry, if your rabbit becomes sick while in your care it becomes the buyers responsibility.

 

-A rabbit is not considered sold until payment has been recieved in full. You must put down a deposit for us to hold any rabbit if it is either too young to leave our rabbitry or the buyer is unable to pick up at a sooner date. Your deposit will go towards the final sales price.

 

-No rabbit will leave our rabbitry without payment prior to pick up. We accept cash and PayPal. 

 

-If a deposit has been put down on a rabbit and the buyer changes their mind about purchasing it a refund will not be made but can go towards the purchase of another rabbit.

 

-If the buyer fails to contact us or arrange pick up after the rabbit has been sold, it will be put back up for sale and a refund will not be made.

 

-Rabbits can be transported to any local show that we attend free of charge.

 

-We do not ship our rabbits, you may find a transporter and we will make arrangments with them prior to pick up.
